We went skiing this past weekend with two other families.  We have ten, count ‘em,  ten kids between us.  They range from age 6 to age 14.  When you are talking skis, boots, helmets, poles, cold weather gear…it might as well be a hundred, if you know what I mean.  But hey, that’s the drill when you are getting to do something as fun as skiing. One day one of my friends tells me about this great Ethiopian restaurant in New York City where you don’t use silverware. I tuck this information in the back of my mind, as I do with a lot of things.  Sooooo one day when the kids were off from school, I decided to take them into the city and meet my husband for lunch at this restaurant.
